This is the privacy policy for the 1812 website. We don’t collect much data from you. We only ask for personal information to help better or service to you, and giving us your personal data is never required.

1812 uses Disqus as its vendor to provide a platform for “User-Generated Content” on the website. Any User-Generated Content is hosted on the Disqus platform and not by 1812. By posting via Disqus’ platform you agree that your activity is subject to Disqus’ Privacy Policy. If Disqus’ Privacy Policy conflicts with this privacy policy, this privacy policy will prevail in governing the relationship between you and 1812. 

Google analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to help analyze how users use the site. The tool uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate visitors’ us of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity for 1812.
